Marleny Asquith
Marleny Asquith is a retreat guide, wellness facilitator, and integrative lifestyle educator offering immersive experiences rooted in presence, nature, and embodied self-inquiry.
With a background in integrative nutrition education, mindfulness practices, and symbolic psychology, Marleny’s work supports individuals in reconnecting with their bodies, restoring nervous system balance, and cultivating a deeper relationship to self. Her approach is non-clinical and experiential, weaving together mindful movement, breathwork, journaling, ceremonial rituals, and sensory practices that invite reflection and inner clarity.
Marleny hosts retreats and experiential gatherings in natural and cultural landscapes, including the wine country of Bourgogne, France, where land, rhythm, and ritual become part of the healing process. Her retreats are intentionally paced, offering participants space to slow down, attune to their inner landscape, and engage with the surrounding environment in a meaningful way.
Drawing inspiration from nature, ancestral wisdom, and depth psychology, Marleny creates containers that are both grounding and transformative—designed for those seeking restoration, insight, and a renewed sense of presence.
